REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Every order is made to order, personalized to you, and cannot be resold. Because of this, all sales are final.

NO RETURNS

We do not accept returns. Your print is made specifically for you from the photos you send and has no value to anyone else.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds once production has started. Production starts as soon as we receive your photos.

This includes:
- Changing your mind after ordering
- Not liking the artwork style you selected
- The artwork not looking exactly like you — as stated on the product page, your artwork is AI-generated and is a stylized creation, not a real photograph
- Ordering the wrong version, size, or option
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
- Not sending your photos

DAMAGED, LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS

We will make this right. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date if:
- Your print arrives damaged — send a photo of the damage and the packaging
- Your order never arrives
- You received the wrong item

We will reprint and reship at no cost to you. If we are unable to fulfil your order at all, we will refund you in full.
